At Nexus Packaging, we are thrilled to announce the launch of our new extrusion blow-moulding facility in Glasgow. This cutting-edge factory is equipped with all-electric blow-moulding machines, marking a significant step forward in our operations. With the capability to produce containers ranging from 500ml to 25 litres, we are positioned to serve a wide range of industries, offering innovative packaging solutions that reflect our commitment to quality, efficiency, and sustainability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our new facility underscores our dedication to excellence in plastic packaging. The machines we\u2019ve invested in are designed to optimise both performance and sustainability. Using high-density polyethylene (HDPE), our containers boast top-load strength, superior impact performance, and enhanced chemical resistance. This ensures that, even as we reduce plastic use through lightweighting, the durability and reliability of our packaging remain uncompromised.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition to focusing on quality, we are conscious of the growing need for sustainability in packaging.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

To meet this demand, we are incorporating post-consumer recycled HDPE (PCR) into our production processes wherever appropriate. This initiative allows us to offer more eco-friendly packaging options, providing our customers with the tools they need to achieve their sustainability goals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
